Hi I am Smriti and I am a Life Coach and your Inspiration Partner.
I have lived in 19 places in all my life, 10 after marriage in 3 different continents! Each place brought its own challenges and richness. Navigating various challenges both for my family and my career as a trailing spouse has given me great insights to how tough it is to be the stabilising factor for one’s family and yet follow your own dreams.
Being a Learning and Development Professional with 23+ years of experience, I have not only honed it to a fine art, I am also an expert in quickly transferring this learning to you!
MY PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

I am an Executive Coach and currently work with clients like one of the Big 4s Consulting Firm. I work with executive teams and senior management to run Leadership and Management Development Programs. I have worked as a Senior Manager in KPMG Nigeria and as a Senior Manager in Genpact South Africa amongst other assignments. I coach clients in London, Nigeria, South Africa and India.
QUALIFICATIONS
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and an MBA. My coaching qualification is from Coaching Development UK and I am an accredited Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from International Coach Federation, USA. I am certified in Level A & B (Intermediate) from British Psychological Society, UK, Hogan Personality Assessments, MBTI Step I & Step II, 15FQ+, 360 degree and Baron EQi. I am a certified Neuro-linguistic Programming Master Practitioner and Transactional Analysis Practitioner.
